Super knowledgeable staff! And very clean. Lots of great selections and quick service. Basically you shop for your toppings and choose your soup base. They refill your soup base as you cook your meats, vegetables, etc. The drink selection is limited, but there is plenty of cold water. You can customize your soup base with garlic, chile oil, and more!.

Our new go-to hot pot place! The soups are amazing! My wife and I shared a double Tom Yum. The flavors are rich and beautiful. All sides and meats are reasonably priced. My favorite is the handmade noodles.

This is our first visit and we are given a basket to shop the raw food then pay at the counter with choice of soup base. Overall experience is good although the raw material selection is limited. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

I really love the way this hot pot restaurant operates. You pick your meats, veggies, and whatnot upfront and drop it into your handcart - think refrigerated aisle at the grocery store - then pick your broth and pay. You'll be assigned a table and the broth is brought over when it's ready like other hot pot places. What really makes this place stand out are the high quality meats and veggies and the delicious broths. The Szechuan is one of the best I've had - but beware, it's actually quite spicy!

So I came with my sister today. Food was great, especially for the price. I’d like to thank the lady working the lunch shift with red hair who assisted me with a medical emergency after I had finished eating. I had passed out (not due to the food, I had other issues) and she called 911 and assisted and my sister when I needed help. It was a stressful situation and she handled it much better than I would have. Thank you very much!! 5 stars!!

Yummy! Haven’t had hotpot in years and went here. It was so good and the food was fresh! I’ll definitely be going back. It’s a little pricy but not too ridiculous. Definitely give it a try!

We had a great experience at this location. It's one of our favorite spots to visit when coming to Austin. I highly recommend to anyone wanting to try hot pot for the first time and not wanting to go to an all you can eat. This place does the trick and is very budget friendly.

Nut allergy friendly, I wrote a request on my order. Review is for to-go via Uber Eats. I ordered two of the Spicy Beef Claypot Rice and there was a promotion for their new menu item to do buy one get one free. Note the price is much more expensive on the ($18 vs $12-13) so it's not much of a discount. I picked up as soon as notified and the food was still piping hot when I got home. The food was okay. I give the dish maybe a 3/5. The portions were excellent (got full) but overall there was a lot of rice and not much meat or vegetables. There were only 3-4 pieces each of Chinese sausage, beef, and broccoli and the one poached egg. I would have appreciated it if the rice was a little crispier as a result of the clay pot heating, which it surprisingly wasn't. However, the presentation was excellent. We were given clay pots to go (pretty unique!) and the value for two was really good. Overall, for the to-go value of my order, I'd come back and try it again.
